Druids are Safe!
Druids headed to Llanelli, knowing they had yet to beat the bottom placed side. Losing twice in Phase 1 and batting out for a draw at the Rock in Phase 2! A win would guarantee league safety for another season, whereas a loss would give hope to both Llanelli and Llandudno in the relegation battle! A solid first half for Druids, looked to be fruitless until Kenny in the 44 min bagged one and the Ancients went in at HT with the advantage. Coming out in the second, Llanelli look

Druids secure an important win!
After a long journey down to the opposite corner of the country, Druids managed to put some good early pressure on the home side as Jack Kenny, John Owen and Dean Rittenberg all had chances to break the deadlock early-on, but couldn’t quite hit the mark or beat Lee Idzi between the sticks. Carmarthen had good chances themselves, with Liam Thomas leading the charge, but they couldn’t find a way through either. It looked like it would end all level. It wasn’t until very late in

Druids progress to NEWFA Cup Semi Final
Last night Druids secured their place in the NEWFA Cup Semi Final against Corwen FC. Druids ran out 4-2 winners against a very good Brymbo side. Druids were first to score with an effort by Jonny Taylor, this was followed only minutes later by a superb strike by Jordan Evans. 2-0 up at half time it looked like Druids were ready to clock up more but it would be Brymbo who were next on the scoresheet, Kearney slotted one in to bring the score 2-1 and kept the match competitive.
