Druids head to Nantporth

Last week Druids were poised to leap into 4th place if they took all 3 points available against Carmarthen, it wasn't to be and a well positioned and strong looking druids side had to settle for a point.

The opportunity arrises again this Friday as Druids head to Nantporth, home of Bangor City. Currently 2 points and a place above The Ancients in the welsh premier league table, we're sure Huw's side will relish the opportunity to prove themselves against some of the best opposition in the league.

Bangor have had a mixed season, they started amid claims they could challenge TNS for league dominance following a good performance last season and an improving squad, but mixed results have left them 5 points behind the top spot.

Bangor have now lost their last two league games, as well as the added hurt of a surprising

loss to Barry Town earlier in the season will leave the side smarting as they hunt for their next win, Huw will be preparing his side for a tough test on the road.
